The hotel has a great location with easy access to transportation, restaurants and tourist attractions. Guests can enjoy a good spread of buffet breakfast with different cuisines. the spacious rooms and the aesthetically pleasing lobby offer a comfortable stay for visitors. guests can enjoy the basement bar with good music and drinks.
Some maintenance issues need attention to improve guest experience.

Great price and location! the hotel has a classic feel with courteous staff and a clean, spacious lobby. the room was decent, equipped with a tea/coffee maker and toiletries. the breakfast spread had a fair variety of veg and non, veg options.
The room flooring needs to be updated, and the beds were not in good condition. the a, la, carte menu was limited and slightly overpriced.

Had a delightful Easter stay at a hotel in Lucknow. The rooms were spacious with a lovely decor, and the breakfast selection was excellent with a variety of choices. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. , the staff was friendly and welcoming.
The WiFi was not reliable, and the bathroom needed some maintenance. The water temperature in the shower was sporadic, and the towels were a bit rough.
